Making a Booking

1. Provisional booking
We advise you contact us first to make a provisional booking. We will keep this for an agreed period (usually one week) but it will automatically expire if we do not hear from you by the end of this period.

2. Firm booking
Fill in the booking form and send it to us with the deposit of £300. It is important that you read the Booking Conditions at this stage, and that you sign the booking form. If you are booking within 8 weeks of the festival full payment is required.

3. Our confirmation
When we receive the booking form and deposit, we will send you confirmation of your booking. After this your deposit is non-returnable except in the special circumstances mentioned in the Booking Conditions. Further details of flights and hotels and other aspects of the tour will also be sent at this stage.      

What is included?

• Access to all seven concerts.
• Accommodation in a four- or five-star hotel.
• Flights between the UK and Vienna (there is a price reduction if you opt out of these).
• All five dinners (with wine and coffee), breakfasts and interval drinks.
• Coach travel to and from Vienna Airport and to the three concert venues outside the city centre.
• Free travel on Vienna’s trams and metro.
• Lectures by a musicologist.
• All tips and taxes.
• The assistance of a team of festival staff in Vienna.
• Detailed programme booklet and miscellaneous practical and academic information. 

Extra items on offer:

• Pre-festival tours: In Haydn’s Footsteps
• Arriving a day early. This option includes the amended flight and the extra night at the hotel of your choice for the festival; it does not include the airport transfer or a dinner. Taxis are easily obtainable at the airport. Please ask us for prices for extra nights in suites.
