Third AITO award in four years for MRT

The AITO Travel Company of the Year award is decided solely on the basis of customer satisfaction surveys among the 140 members of the Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO). Responses to certain questions are subjected to an arithmetical process which grades each company by their clients’ overall satisfaction with their holiday.
For the third time in the four years of the award's existence, Martin Randall Travel came top in the category for tour operators with over 3,000 travellers per year. The results were announced on 24th February at an annual gathering of tour operators and journalists.
AITO is an association of around 140 tour operators, most of which are specialist, independent, owner-managed and the best in their field. Admission is selective and members are subject to a code of practice which prescribes high standards of professionalism and customer care.
