Music in the Wachau (27 August–1 September 2008)

This is the first Martin Randall Travel tour to the Schloss Grafenegg Festival, in only its second season. The concerts take place in a new, state-of-the-art concert hall in an imposing neo-gothic country mansion and the tour attends concerts by musicians of the calibre of Mark Padmore, the London Baroque Soloists with Sir John Eliot Gardineer, Piotr Anderszewski and the Orchestre de Paris with Christoph Eschenbach.

An art historian leads excursions to nearby places of interest on this 6 day tour (27 August–1 September 2008).
