Frank Lloyd Wright - The Chicago School

HOTELS
In Pittsburgh (3 nights): a centrally located, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and good amenities—in Madison (2 nights): hotel on the shores of Lake Mendota; fine views from rooms and public areas; may be in need of refurbishment—in Milwaukee (1 night): historic hotel with grand public areas and elegantly furnished bedrooms—in Chicago (4 nights): boutique hotel in the landmark Reliance Building; rooms are not large by US standards, but are well equipped; good location in ‘The Loop’ and walking distance of the Chicago Institute of Art.

British citizens can enter the USA without a visa providing they apply for the visa waiver online and have a machine-readable passport—we will advise on this.
HOW STRENUOUS?
Quite tiring with a lot of walking and standing around, and a fair amount of coach travel—average distance by coach per day: 50 miles.
