Digital Marketing Assistant

An exciting opportunity to join the growing marketing team of this award-winning travel company.

We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual to provide key support in the development, implementation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns designed to attract new clients to Martin Randall Travel, and to provide technical support to users of our IT systems.

Role

– Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns;
– Produce e-mail campaigns for our range of cultural tours and London Days;
– Assist in the management of online marketing suppliers including e-mail, PPC and SEO;
– Prepare analysis and reports on digital campaign activity;
– Generate and maintain content on our website and social media networks;
– Use our content management system to upload product inventory to our travel reservations system and website;
– Provide technical support to users of our travel reservations system;
– Assist with general IT troubleshooting in the office. 

Essential requirements

– A marketing degree or similar achievement in study;
– At least 1 year’s experience of working in a digital marketing role, preferably in a cultural or travel environment;
– Have a clear understanding of PPC and SEO;
– Have working knowledge of content management systems and e-mail marketing software;
– Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
– A strong appreciation of the importance of completing tasks on deadline;
– An interest in the arts.

Desireable

– Experience working in a busy office environment and assisting with IT systems;
– Experience using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel;

Salary: £21-£23K, depending on experience, plus benefits.
