Who we are and who we are looking for
Martin Randall Travel aims to provide the best planned, best led and altogether the most enjoyable cultural holidays available.
This we achieve through thorough research, careful prospecting, meticulous attention to detail and empathy with our clients. We think constantly of adding extra value, of going beyond merely what is expected. Of all our resources, our staff, lecturers and tour managers are our greatest asset.
We try to choose people for a particular post with the appropriate academic qualifications and work experience. But much greater weight is given to an assessment of their intelligence, humanity, empathy, imagination, conscientiousness and humour.

Our office staff
All our staff are trained in the skills we consider essential for working at MRT. These include front line response, administrative excellence, selling and product knowledge. We are all involved in representing the company, from a simple phone call to a client to attending industry events, to accompanying tours and music festivals.
The departments within our office are interdependent, and many staff carry out roles in more than one area of the business.
