Smoked idiazabal cheeses, gleaming fresh fish, rustic cider and the latest tapas variation in the Basque Country... sherries, montillas and punchy red 'caldos' of La Mancha wine working in perfect harmony with the pickled escabeches of game, the deep-flavoured fish soups, and air-dried tenderloin of albacore tuna found in Andalucía... our gastronomy tours feature a dazzling variety of ingredients, as well as a large helping of art, architecture and history.
These small-group tours eat in a winningly wide range of locations, whether a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastian, a nougat workshop in Asti, a colourful street market in Palermo, a macaroon bakery in Aquitaine, or truffle-filled woods in Piedmont.
Wine is of course not neglected and indeed comprises an equal component to the many wonderful foodstuffs enjoyed, visiting some of the world's great vineyards and enjoying many of the wines they produce.
