In May 2015 we ran our Decorative Arts of Iberia tour in association with HALI, the leading publication on antique carpets, rugs, textiles and Islamic art. The tour, led by art historian Gijs van Hensbergen, focused on the silk textiles and woollen carpets of Spain and Portugal, and featured special access visits to some collections not normally open to the public. HALI’s editorial guides, Ben Evans and Rachel Meek, have kindly shared their experiences and photographs from the tour.
