Gastronomy tours and events
Our gastronomy tours provide the opportunity to discover more than simply the artistic patrimony of a place – we learn about the true, essential character of Provence, Sicily, the Basque Country and many other regions through the people who live there and their traditions. We offer two types of tour – those focusing on wine are designed to provide an in-depth study of the wine-making process in the classic destinations visited. Led by specialists, these tours feature tutored wine tastings, as well as exclusive winery visits, often hosted by the winemakers themselves in beautiful landscapes.
Our gastronomic tours are broader in scope, including not only food and wine but also nearby cultural highlights. More than simply a gourmet holiday (top restaurants are of course often included) but the focus is equally on local producers and intimate, simple meals or wine tastings. The majority of our tours take place in parts of Italy, Spain and France.
