Penny Withers

Penny Withers is Director of Private Groups at Martin Randall Travel, where she leads the development and delivery of bespoke cultural journeys for museums, galleries, membership organisations and private groups.

With more than two decades of experience in specialist cultural travel, Penny has overseen the creation of hundreds of tailored programmes across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. She joined Heritage Group Travel in 2001 and became Director in 2014, leading the business through its successful acquisition by Martin Randall Travel in 2017 and its subsequent integration into the wider organisation.

Working closely with clients, lecturers and cultural partners, Penny and her team create programmes that combine intellectual depth, thoughtful planning and exceptional service. She continues to play a leading role in the growth and development of Martin Randall Travel's Private Groups division.
