Lily Iceton

Lily joined Martin Randall Travel in September 2025, shortly after graduating from University College London with a degree in French and Italian. Alongside language learning, her studies also focused on history, culture and literature, culminating in a final-year dissertation on all-female utopia in the works of Christine de Pizan.

Originally from the North East, Lily moved to London for university and spent a year abroad in Lyon and Bologna as part of her degree. Outside of work, she is a keen cinemagoer and enjoys reading and exploring London’s many galleries and museums.
