Rebecca Knowlton-Smith

Becky joined Martin Randall Travel in 2025 to lead the newly established Aviation department, bringing with her a background in luxury travel and bespoke itineraries for competition and incentive winners.

Originally from Stratford-upon-Avon, she grew up surrounded by theatre, art and costume design through her parents’ work at the Royal Shakespeare Company. She later studied Film and English at the University of East Anglia, where she developed a lasting interest in the historical and cultural contexts of film and visual art.

A keen traveller, Becky has a particular interest in Asia, speaks basic Korean and enjoys exploring Filipino culture through her husband’s Filipino heritage. She also has connections to Eastern Europe, which have fostered a broader interest in the region’s cultures, history and traditions. Outside work, she enjoys playing the piano, discovering new music and attending London’s film festivals and exhibitions.
