Cultural tours in Florence
Our small group cultural tours of Florence strike right into the heart of one Italy's most magnificent cities. With private access to otherwise shuttered palazzo, we hold the keys to hidden stories of Renaissance Florence, animated by our expert lecturers. Amongst the winding streets, we uncover Florence's unrivalled collections of art, architecture, painting and sculpture.
Exploring Florence on a cultural tour
Despite booming visitor numbers, we tread Florence’s narrow alleys and broad piazze at carefully-chosen times, with an early visit to the Uffizi: Giotto, Brunelleschi, Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael are all studied on our art tour in relative tranquility. We step back into Renaissance Florence’s opulent property boom, with stories of dynastic rivalries, fortune and tragedy brought to life on our tour of Florentine Palaces.
Special access is a feature: visit the vast baroque Palazzo Corsini al Parione, dine at the Palazzo Corsini al Prato, and gaze across the city and Appenines beyond from Palazzo Gondi.
