Sophie Watts

Sophie joined Martin Randall Travel in 2007 and has since built experience across nearly every part of the business. She began in Operations, running tours to France, Iberia and India, before moving into Product Development, where she focused on Latin America and our walking and archaeology tours. Along the way she has managed 13 MRT Festivals across France, Germany, Spain and the UK, and has gained significant experience in tour health and safety and crisis management. She is now the company's Cruise Director, responsible for chartering ships and devising new cruise itineraries.

Sophie studied French and Spanish at Durham University and is a keen musician and amateur musical director, though more recently spends most of her time caring for her two young children.
